  • Sends an email to the support team with details of duplicate tickets and delivers an "already logged" HTML response if a ticket is found.
  • Generates a new HubSpot ticket and configures it by setting city properties if no open ticket exists, followed by a "ticket submitted" HTML response.
  • Following a new ticket creation, sends confirmation to the customer and a comprehensive notification to the support team through Gmail.
