• If a high or critical risk is detected, the workflow logs the request as requiring further review in Notion, notifies the associated security Slack channel, and sends an email to the requester indicating the pending status.
• If no significant risks are identified, it logs an approved status to Notion and emails the requester of the successful automated approval.
