Automate your weekly Crossbeam partner outreach—Slack approval to Salesforce (n8n)
This n8n workflow automatically pulls weekly overlap changes, net-new accounts, and partner suggestions from Crossbeam, prioritizes them with Anthropic Claude, posts a Block Kit brief to Slack, and—after approval—creates the selected records in Salesforce or HubSpot.
What this workflow does
- Runs on a schedule (hourly execution, continuing only on your configured weekday/hour) or via manual trigger.
- Fetches Crossbeam changes using Crossbeam MCP for overlap updates, net-new accounts, and partner suggestions.
- Deduplicates and filters using stored history in n8n Data Tables so your weekly brief only includes meaningful changes and respects the “re-nudge” window.
- Prioritizes with Anthropic Claude: ranks weekly actions, scores net-new accounts for ICP fit (with optional read-only Crossbeam MCP lookups), and adds rationale for partner suggestions.
- Publishes a single Slack Block Kit message to your configured channel, including partner invite buttons.
- Requests Slack approval for net-new accounts via a Slack form in the thread, waiting up to your configured approval window.
- Creates records only after approval: adds selected companies as Salesforce Accounts/Leads or HubSpot Companies, then posts results and record links back to the same Slack thread.
Use cases
- Weekly partner ops: turn Crossbeam overlap movements into a Slack-ready action list.
- SaaS go-to-market teams: approve and create high-fit net-new accounts without manual triage.
- Automation engineers: maintain consistent cross-system updates with approval gating.
Technical details
- Integrations: Crossbeam MCP, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Anthropic Claude.
- Workflow components: if, set, code, no op, sort, limit.
- State management: n8n Data Tables for overlap/suggestion history and outcomes.
