What this workflow does

Every Monday at 9 AM (or triggered manually), this automation sends three standup questions to each team member via Telegram bot. Team members respond directly through their phones in 1-2 minutes. After a configurable 4-hour waiting period, the workflow uses Groq AI to analyze all responses and generate a clean executive summary. The team lead receives this formatted summary on Telegram, while everything gets logged to Google Sheets for historical tracking.

The entire process runs hands-free: questions sent → responses collected → AI summary generated → team lead notified → data archived. No calendar invites, no messy Slack threads, no manual compilation required.
