• Synchronize with Exact Online: Checks for existing customer records in Exact Online using the buyer's email. If a record is missing, it creates a new customer entry and verifies its existence with a short delay.
• Create and Verify Items in Exact Online: Confirms the existence of the trip item in Exact Online using the trip UUID. Creates the item if absent and double-checks post-creation.
