This n8n workflow automatically converts an Upmeet meeting transcript or newly uploaded Google Drive discovery audio/PDF into a validated consulting proposal. It extracts a structured BEBEDC-style client dossier with Google Gemini, selects and prices consultant profiles from Google Sheets, and generates a Google Slides offer deck for each recommended option.

What this workflow does

• Receives an input via a POST webhook from Upmeet, or detects a new audio/PDF file added to specific Google Drive folders.
• Downloads the Drive file when applicable, then uses Google Gemini to extract a strict JSON “BEBEDC-style” client dossier.
• Normalizes & validates the extracted JSON; if the dossier can’t be parsed, the workflow stops.
• Selects consultant profiles using Gemini agents together with Google Sheets tools, pulling pricing from consultant/TJM (régie)/forfait/options tables.
• Builds a three-tier proposal (économique / intermédiaire / premium).
• Runs a Gemini quality check to flag blocking inconsistencies and triggers remediation when profiles are rejected.
• Generates Google Slides decks: copies a template in Google Drive, replaces placeholders with client/profile/pricing content, inserts the consultant photo and pictograms, and loops to produce the next profile deck.
