This n8n automation delivers a single, child-focused morning briefing to your phone: it fetches today’s daycare menu from a webpage, reads your family schedule from Google Sheets, adds an Open-Meteo weather summary, and sends everything via WhatsApp using CallMeBot—every day at 07:00.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 07:00 and calculates today’s date in your configured timezone, then stops if a message was already successfully sent for the same date.
• On weekdays, downloads the daycare menu webpage, extracts the text around today’s date, and uses Google Gemini to return today’s meals as strict JSON.
• Validates Gemini output by confirming the “date text seen” exists in the original page content; if verification fails, the menu is reported as unavailable instead of guessing.
• Reads your schedule from Google Sheets (tab named schedule) and selects recurring and date-specific items that match today.
• Fetches an hourly forecast from Open-Meteo using your coordinates and converts it into a deterministic, child-oriented weather summary with clothing advice.
• Sends one consolidated WhatsApp message via CallMeBot. On weekends, it skips daycare menu details as described.
• Retries safely: today is marked as sent only after the WhatsApp API indicates the message was queued/sent.
