Get your Monday + GHL executive update automatically—every day at 8:00 AM
This n8n workflow generates an automated daily executive briefing by pulling performance metrics from Monday.com, lead/pipeline data from GoHighLevel, and proposal stats from PandaDoc. It then uses Google Gemini to write a concise, three-paragraph summary with red/yellow/green status and a single priority action—delivered to Slack, Microsoft Outlook (email via Graph), and a Monday.com dashboard.
What this workflow does
- Runs daily at 8:00 AM using a schedule trigger.
- Loads configuration values including Monday board/column IDs, thresholds, company name, Slack channel ID, and the email recipient.
- Fetches the latest 100 tasks from Monday.com, 100 contacts from GoHighLevel, and 100 documents from PandaDoc via their APIs.
- Aggregates the data to calculate: task completion + overdue counts, lead totals and hot/warm/new lead counts, estimated pipeline value from budget fields, proposal status totals, and anomaly flags.
- Feeds metrics into Google Gemini to produce a three-paragraph executive summary with a single priority action.
- Formats the briefing into a Slack message, an HTML email, and a Monday.com item payload.
- Posts to Slack, sends via Microsoft Graph (Outlook email), and creates a dashboard item in Monday.com.
Use cases
- Operations or SaaS leaders who want a daily executive update without manual reporting.
- Teams tracking task health, lead flow, and proposal status across Monday.com, GoHighLevel, and PandaDoc.
- Automation engineers setting up a reliable multi-system performance briefing in n8n.
