What This Workflow Does

• Scheduled Daily Trigger: The workflow kicks off every day at 7:30 AM, ensuring timely updates without manual intervention.
• Extraction from Notion: It reads the previous day's standup digest from a Notion memory database and fetches all active projects from a Notion projects database.
• Prompt Development: Constructs a detailed prompt comprising yesterday’s digest, along with current project notes, last updates, and milestones.
• Health Assessment: If active projects exist, the constructed prompt is sent to Groq's chat completions endpoint. Projects are evaluated and scored as Red, Yellow, or Green, highlighting any changes since the previous day.
• Communication on Slack: The generated standup report is shared in a designated Slack channel. If no active projects are detected, an "All quiet" status is communicated instead.
• Documentation in Notion: Finally, the workflow saves the updated standup text and a timestamp back into the Notion memory row for future reference.
