This n8n workflow reads Spain’s official BORME gazette via Apify and, every weekday at 09:00, appends each newly incorporated company to your Google Sheets—with a Gmail email summary for quick review.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule: executes at 09:00, Monday to Friday.
• Fetches the latest business day data: sends your selected provinces and act types to the Apify BORME Corporate Acts Scraper actor and retrieves the most recent dataset.
• Creates one structured row per company: extracts company details from the notice text, including company name, province, registry number, start of operations, corporate purpose, address, share capital, and a link to the official BORME PDF. (People mentioned in the notice are not copied.)
• Appends to Google Sheets: adds the rows to the spreadsheet and the sheet you select.
• Sends a Gmail summary: builds an HTML email including counts per province plus a preview list of companies, then emails it via Gmail.

Technical details

• n8n nodes: Apify (via @apify/n8n-nodes-apify), Google Sheets, Gmail, plus supporting nodes like Code/Set.
• Apify credential: add your Apify API token to n8n (and use the verified community node on self-hosted n8n).
• Google Sheets header row must be exactly:
