This n8n workflow lets you request a lead list in chat, uses OpenAI to turn your criteria into a runnable SpecStream search, confirms the quoted cost before execution, and then appends the results to Google Sheets when you’re ready.

What this workflow does

• Receives a chat request (e.g., “Get 200 leads in Austin with rating ≥ 4 and category = dentists”).
• Uses OpenAI to interpret your request and generate a SpecStream search specification (via SpecStream MCP).
• Requests a SpecStream quote for the desired number of leads, displays the maximum cost, and waits for your approval.
• Rejects quotes that exceed your configured spending cap, so you stay within budget.
• After approval, starts the paid SpecStream find job and checks progress when you ask for results.
• Retrieves completed (or partial) results, paginates through all rows, and shows the first 20 rows in a Markdown table including a Source URL.
• When you ask to save, appends one row per lead to Google Sheets (e.g., Name, Website, Phone, Email, City, Source, and the original Request) and can generate a share link for the find.
