This n8n workflow instantly converts new Bullhorn ATS job orders into targeted candidate outreach. It uses Supabase to manage campaign state, Twilio to send SMS, and Retell for voice calls—while optional Anthropic extracts missing requirements and Slack/Gmail/Google Calendar handle notifications and booking.

What this workflow does

• Receives a new job order via a webhook (or runs manually) and normalizes the payload using a configurable ATS field map.
• Optionally enriches requirements by sending the job description to Anthropic, extracting missing requirements/skills, and merging them back into the job spec.
• Finds candidates in the ATS (or can use a sample candidate pool), normalizes candidate data (including E.164 phone formatting), deduplicates records, and applies vendor/status exclusions.
• Scores candidates with transparent rules, then checks Supabase engagement history (or demo history) for opt-outs, cooldowns, and active enrollments.
• Queues eligible outreach by enrolling only the top-scoring eligible candidates into a Supabase-backed campaign queue and posts a launch summary to Slack when configured.
• Runs every 15 minutes to claim due outreach tasks, enforce quiet hours and daily caps in each candidate’s timezone, then sends the next SMS via Twilio or places a call via Retell.
• Tracks attempts and outcomes in Supabase, updates enrollment state, and posts runner summaries to Slack on notable activity.
• Handles inbound callbacks with a signed inbound webhook for Twilio inbound SMS/status callbacks and Retell call analysis.
