This n8n automation workflow connects an n8n Form trigger to Google Sheets and sends an instant Gmail reply to every new submission. Your “Thanks” confirmation shows immediately, while lead details are validated, saved, and emailed back to the visitor.

What this workflow does

• Receives new submissions from an n8n Form trigger and immediately displays a “Thanks” confirmation message.
• Validates and normalizes lead details (name, email, phone, company, message).
• Adds a submission timestamp and drafts a plain-text reply message using code that you can edit to match your brand.
• Appends the lead to Google Sheets by adding a new row in the Leads tab with headers: submitted_at, name, email, phone, company, message.
• Sends an instant reply email to the submitter using Gmail.
