Catch Amazon MAP price breaches automatically—using n8n, Bright Data, and Telegram
This n8n workflow checks your Amazon product lines against your MAP policy every morning. It detects unauthorized sellers and under-MAP pricing from Bright Data, logs breaches in n8n Data Tables, and sends a Telegram digest only when issues are found.
What this workflow does
- Runs daily at 07:00 to keep watch on your Amazon listings.
- Loads your MAP policy from the n8n Data Table map_policy and builds a capped watch list of product lines to check.
- Uses Bright Data for Amazon keyword discovery per product line, then polls until the Bright Data snapshot is ready (or until a maximum poll limit is reached).
- Downloads and flattens results into one row per seller offer, including buy box and other-seller offer data, and tracks ASINs where the offer list is missing.
-
Compares offers to your MAP rules to flag breaches where:
- the seller is not authorized, and/or
- the price is below the MAP floor (with a configurable tolerance).
- Creates a Markdown digest and, if breaches exist, writes them to map_breaches and sends the digest to Telegram. If no breaches are detected, it ends without sending an alert.
Use cases
- Brand owners monitoring MAP compliance for multiple brands/products.
- Pricing and channel ops teams catching under-floor pricing early.
- SaaS operators needing an auditable workflow: policy input in map_policy, breach history in map_breaches, notifications via Telegram.
Technical details
- n8n scheduled run at 07:00.
- n8n Data Tables: map_policy (MAP policy rows) and map_breaches (breach log).
- Bright Data: Amazon dataset keyword discovery, snapshot polling, and snapshot download using an HTTP Header Auth credential.
- Telegram: sends alerts using a Telegram credential.

Keyword intent: Amazon MAP monitoring workflow, Bright Data Amazon compliance checks, n8n Telegram alerts, MAP policy automation.
