This n8n workflow automates client onboarding end-to-end: it collects submissions from an n8n Form, uses Anthropic to analyze requirements and draft emails, saves onboarding data to Supabase, creates a Google Drive folder, and coordinates updates through Gmail and Slack—including reminder follow-ups until a Supabase checklist is finished.

What this workflow does

• Receives a new client submission from an n8n Form (company, contact details, requested service, and requirements).
• Normalizes and cleans input data (e.g., trims text, formats the website URL, standardizes the email address).
• Uses Anthropic to summarize the request, infer priority, and identify missing information needed to start.
• Requests missing details via Gmail when required fields are incomplete, then pauses the onboarding flow.
• When complete, saves everything to Supabase by creating a client record and an onboarding checklist.
• Creates a Google Drive folder for the client.
• Generates and sends a personalized welcome email using Anthropic + Gmail.
• Posts onboarding summary to Slack and updates client status in Supabase.
• Waits, checks the Supabase checklist, and either marks the client completed + notifies Slack or emails a Gmail reminder listing remaining items.
