This n8n workflow automatically checks new or updated Clientify contact emails using OneSimpleAPI, tags the contact as email-verified or email-invalid in Clientify, and posts suspicious-email details to Slack for fast review.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on contact create/update in Clientify.
• Fetches existing contact tags and skips processing when there’s no non-bounced email or when the contact is already tagged as email-verified or email-invalid.
• Extracts key contact info (contact ID, name, company/owner details) and selects the first non-hard-bounced email.
• Validates deliverability with OneSimpleAPI to assess risk factors including deliverability, domain validity, and disposable status.
• If the email looks risky (e.g., non-GOOD deliverability, invalid domain, or disposable email), it:
  • Adds the email-invalid tag in Clientify
  • Posts an alert to Slack with the contact details
• If the email passes, it adds the email-verified tag in Clientify.
