This n8n workflow checks your Clio calendar and time entries on a schedule, detects calendar activity with no matching logged time, and emails per-attorney daily unbilled digests plus a firm-wide weekly unbilled revenue estimate.

What this workflow does

• Daily (default 7:00am): Fetches the prior day’s Clio calendar entries, time entries, and open matters.
• Unbilled detection: Compares calendar activity to time entries at the matter level. When calendar items exist but no time is logged for the same matter, it flags them as unbilled. It estimates hours from start/end times or uses a default duration if needed.
• Attorney-specific digests: Groups unbilled matters by each matter’s responsible attorney, then generates an email with itemized matters and total estimated hours.
• Audit/guardrail logging: Before emailing, sends the digest content to a separate audit/guardrail sub-workflow for logging, then emails the digest to each attorney.
• Weekly (default Monday 8:00am): Repeats the detection for the last 7 days, calculates a firm-wide estimated dollar impact using a configurable hourly rate, logs the summary via the audit workflow, and emails the weekly summary to the firm.
