This n8n workflow receives cold-chain excursion telemetry, enriches it with an external stability API, uses OpenAI to extract evidence-backed findings, then routes lots for release, QA review, quarantine, or disposal—while archiving proof to Google Drive, logging to Google Sheets, and alerting stakeholders via Telegram and Gmail.

What this workflow does

• Ingests excursion data: Receives a POST webhook containing lot details and temperature/time-series sensor readings.
• Enriches with stability context: Sends the payload to an external stability-envelope API to retrieve validated handling limits and supporting context.
• Extracts excursion facts with OpenAI: Uses OpenAI to identify evidence-backed excursion windows and handling anomalies from the combined record.
• Computes risk and assigns a route: Calculates a thermal-debt-based risk score, then assigns disposition (conditional release, QA review, or quarantine) based on configured thresholds.
• Creates or waits for QA evidence: If at or above the quarantine threshold, creates a deviation/quality case in an external QMS API; otherwise waits 30 minutes for additional QA evidence.
• Drafts rationale and flags destroy-level lots: Uses OpenAI to draft a disposition rationale; lots at or above the destroy threshold trigger leadership attention via Telegram.
• Archives and logs audit evidence: Saves the final evidence JSON to Google Drive, appends an audit row to Google Sheets, and emails the full disposition package via Gmail.
