This n8n workflow reads your sheet, generates videos with Google Veo3 via fal.run, saves them to Google Drive, creates an SEO-friendly YouTube title using OpenAI, uploads via upload-post.com, and writes both links back to the same row.

What this workflow does

• Fetches work from Google Sheets: when started manually, it loads rows where the VIDEO column is empty.
• Builds a generation prompt from the sheet data and sends it to fal.run to generate an AI video using Google Veo3.
• Waits for completion: polls the fal.run request status until it returns COMPLETED.
• Generates a YouTube-optimized title using OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini) based on the original prompt.
• Saves and links assets: downloads the completed video, uploads it to Google Drive, and updates the originating row with the fal.run video URL.
• Uploads to YouTube: sends the video file and generated title to upload-post.com, then updates the same Google Sheets row with the resulting YouTube URL.
