This n8n workflow reads video prompts from Google Sheets, generates videos using Google Veo3 (via fal.run), writes the finished Google Drive link back to the sheet, and then uploads the video to YouTube with an AI-generated, SEO-friendly title.

What this workflow does

• Starts manually or on a schedule and scans your Google Sheet for rows where the VIDEO column is empty.
• Builds a Veo3 prompt from the sheet’s PROMPT and DURATION fields.
• Submits a video generation request to fal.run and polls every 60 seconds until the status becomes COMPLETED.
• Generates a YouTube-ready title using OpenAI based on the original prompt.
• Downloads the generated video, saves a copy to a specified Google Drive folder, and updates the VIDEO link in Google Sheets.
• Uploads the video to YouTube using the Upload-Post API, then writes the resulting YouTube URL back to the same row in Google Sheets.
