This n8n workflow converts new quote requests from Gmail or your n8n form into UNSENT freee Invoice quotation drafts. It uses Anthropic Claude (Haiku) to extract requested items from the text, automatically prices them from your Google Sheets price list, and notifies staff with a clear review summary.

What this workflow does

• Triggers when a matching email arrives in Gmail or when someone submits the n8n form with a pasted quotation request.
• Normalizes the request into a common structure and loads required configuration values (including freee company ID, spreadsheet ID, and staff notification email).
• Loads pricing & partners: fetches your price list from Google Sheets and retrieves partner data from the freee API.
• Extracts items with Claude: sends the request text plus a price-list catalog view (no prices) to Claude Haiku to extract items, quantities, units, and supporting quote snippets.
• Validates & prices: checks Claude’s extracted output against the original request and prices only verifiable items using unit_price and tax_rate from your sheet.
• Matches the customer to a freee partner using the sender email or an exact company-name match.
• Creates an UNSENT invoice draft in freee Invoice with priced lines, and adds “※要確認 / To check” note lines for ambiguous or unpriceable items.
• Notifies staff via Gmail (or displays results as the form completion message), including the draft link when available and any dropped items for review.
