This n8n workflow listens for Fireflies.ai transcript-ready webhooks, extracts action items using Google Gemini, creates corresponding Monday.com tasks, and posts a polished meeting recap to Slack.

What this workflow does

• Receives a webhook from Fireflies.ai when a meeting transcript finishes processing (returns an immediate OK response).
• Fetches transcript data from the Fireflies.ai GraphQL API, including the transcript title, date, summary action items, and detected action items.
• Extracts structured action items with Google Gemini by sending the transcript content and requesting a JSON array containing: task title, assignee, deadline, priority, and notes.
• Parses Gemini output, splits the JSON into individual items, and attaches the meeting title and date to each task.
• Creates one item per action in Monday.com via the Monday.com GraphQL API, mapping deadlines and notes into the appropriate board columns.
• Sends a consolidated recap to Slack, listing the tasks created for the meeting and posting it to your selected Slack channel.
