What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 10:00 and scans your Google Sheets for the first row where status = ready and photo_url is valid.
• Claims the row by setting the status to generating so it won’t be processed twice.
• Uses Google Gemini to analyze the product photo and return a JSON ad plan including:
  • a photo edit instruction,
  • a Veo 3.1 video prompt,
  • captions/titles tailored for each platform.
• Generates a UGC-style creator image using Gemini (Nano Banana), downloads the product photo, creates the edited selfie-style asset, and publishes it to Instagram and Facebook via PostWire.
• Generates an 8-second 9:16 selfie video using Veo 3.1, then publishes to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts via PostWire.
• Checks publishing success and writes posted links/status back to Google Sheets, or logs an error note and emails “fix instructions” via Gmail.
