Daily AWS What’s New Digest to Microsoft Teams—powered by Bedrock Claude

This n8n workflow reads the official AWS What’s New RSS feed every day, uses AWS Bedrock (Anthropic Claude) to score and summarize updates against your services, and posts a grouped Microsoft Teams Adaptive Card digest to keep your team informed—automatically.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 9:00 AM on a schedule.
• Loads configuration including your Microsoft Teams Workflows webhook URL, your AWS region, your service list, and digest thresholds/lookback window.
• (Optional) calls AWS Cost Explorer to collect recently billed AWS services and merges them with my_services.
• Reads the AWS What’s New RSS feed, filtering announcements to only those published within your configured lookback window.
• Sends each announcement to AWS Bedrock (Anthropic Claude) to:
  • identify the likely relevant service
  • assign a relevance score
  • generate a short summary, benefit, suggested next steps, and region availability
• Validates AI matches against your service list, groups results into “Action needed” and “Relevant to you,” and posts an Adaptive Card.
• Skips posting if nothing meets your relevance criteria.

Setup is simple: create a Microsoft Teams Workflows incoming webhook (chat or channel) and paste the URL into the workflow configuration, then set my_services and my_region plus your digest options.
