This n8n workflow runs every day at 9 AM to scrape India’s eProcure portal, summarizes the most urgent open tenders using OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini), and sends a single digest alert via Telegram, Slack, and Gmail. No manual checking—just timely opportunities.

What this workflow does

• Scheduled scraping: Triggers daily at 9 AM and fetches the active tenders table from the eProcure portal HTML.
• Normalize & structure: Extracts tender details and converts them into structured tender records.
• Deduplication with Google Sheets: Filters out tenders already logged in a Google Sheets tender log and removes duplicates within the same run.
• Urgency sorting: Sorts remaining tenders by closing date and keeps the top five soonest-closing opportunities.
• OpenAI summaries + urgency flags: Uses OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini) to summarize each tender, flag urgency, and generate a single plain-text batch alert message.
• Log + notify: Appends the generated alert content to Google Sheets, then sends the same alert to Telegram, Slack, and a formatted Gmail digest.
