This n8n workflow automatically checks your scheduled Google Drive content queue every morning, summarizes what’s next (and what’s unhealthy), and sends a ready-to-read status digest to your Telegram chat—with an optional image preview from the next post.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 8:00am and loads digest settings like timezone, lookaheadHours, unscheduled-day threshold, enableImagePreview, and your Telegram chat ID.
• Scans Google Drive by listing all queue folders inside your selected parent “content queue” folder.
• Parses scheduled timestamps from folder names and calculates:
  • the next scheduled post
  • the next 24 hours lineup
  • flags for invalid folder names and unscheduled days based on your threshold
• Inspects the next scheduled post folder to check for images and a caption file, then compiles the digest text.
• Sends the digest to Telegram to keep your team updated without opening Drive.
• Optional image preview: if enabled and an image exists, it downloads the first image from Google Drive and sends it to Telegram as a photo with a caption.
