This n8n workflow pulls your Instagram Business account’s latest profile, posts, and per-post insights from the Meta Graph API, builds a clean mobile-friendly HTML summary, and sends it to you via Gmail every day.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 23:59 using a schedule trigger.
• Sets required parameters: your Instagram Page access token, `Page/IG user ID`, Graph API version, timezone offset, and the target date derived from the trigger.
• Fetches Instagram profile details and up to 100 recent media posts via the Meta Graph API.
• Filters posts to include only those published within the configured local-day window. If none match, it generates a no-posts placeholder.
• For each matching post, requests and merges post insights (likes, comments, saves, reach, and views/shares where available) back into the post data.
• Aggregates totals and breakdowns for photo vs video content, identifies top-performing posts by key metrics, and generates an HTML email report.
• Sends the report to the configured recipient using the Gmail node.
