Automatically collect new JobsPipe jobs into Google Sheets—every day at 07:00

This n8n workflow connects to JobsPipe, searches for newly discovered job postings based on your filters, and then appends or updates rows in Google Sheets keyed by job ID—so you keep a clean, non-duplicated job tracker without manual work.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 07:00 using a Schedule Trigger.
• Defines your search criteria, including job titles, country codes, a lookback window, and page size.
• Calls the JobsPipe /v1/jobs/search API to fetch jobs discovered within the lookback window.
• Paginates through results using the cursor returned by the API.
• Splits the response so each job posting is processed individually.
• Adds or updates each job in Google Sheets, matching on the job id to prevent duplicates across runs.

• Build a daily “new jobs” pipeline for specific roles by automatically syncing JobsPipe discoveries to a spreadsheet.

Technical details

• JobsPipe: Requires a JobsPipe API key (free tier available). The workflow uses an n8n Header Auth credential named JobsPipe API with Authorization: Bearer <your_key>.
• n8n nodes: Schedule Trigger, HTTP Request, Set, Split Out, Sticky Note, and Google Sheets.
• Google Sheets mapping: Ensure your sheet includes headers at minimum: id, job_title, company, location, url, date_posted, salary_string, min_annual_salary, max_annual_salary, salary_currency, and discovered_at.
