If you need a reliable Stripe revenue reconciliation workflow for multiple currencies, this n8n automation automatically totals yesterday’s successful charges, converts net revenue to a single reporting currency using ApogeoAPI exchange rates, and appends a dated summary to Google Sheets. When exchange rates are stale or charges can’t be converted, it sends a Slack alert.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 09:00 (or can be executed manually with sample data for testing).
• Pulls Stripe charges and keeps only succeeded charges created during the previous UTC day, net of refunded amounts.
• Fetches FX rates in one call from ApogeoAPI, using USD as the base.
• Converts each charge into the reporting currency, including correct handling for zero-decimal and three-decimal currencies, then aggregates totals by currency and computes a grand total.
• Writes a single reconciliation row to the Google Sheets Reconciliation tab with: date, totals, rate flags, and a breakdown JSON (plus any unconverted charges).
• Posts to Slack if exchange rates are marked stale or any charges could not be converted.
