DubBooth Voice Challenge Leaderboard to Slack (n8n Workflow)

Get an automatic daily update of the Choicer Voicer Free DubBooth voice-dubbing challenge leaderboard—formatted and posted straight to your Slack channel.

What this workflow does

This n8n automation fetches the public DubBooth leaderboard and shares a clear “scoreboard” message with your team.

  • Runs on a schedule (or on demand): executes every 24 hours via a schedule trigger, or you can start it manually for testing.
  • Uses your DubBooth challenge ID: you configure the challengeId in the workflow (copied from the DubBooth challenge URL).
  • Retrieves public leaderboard data: calls the DubBooth public challenge API to get challenge status, participation counts, and top leaderboard entries.
  • Builds a Slack-ready message: formats the results to include the score to beat, status, participation stats, top ranks, and a link to the challenge.
  • Posts to Slack: sends the formatted top-scores update to your selected slackChannelId.

Use cases

  • SaaS teams & communities: keep members informed about daily DubBooth challenge progress in one place.
  • Automation engineers: monitor external leaderboard changes using n8n’s workflow scheduling + API fetching + Slack posting.
  • Operations & growth: track participation momentum and highlight top performance without manual checking.
  • Test-and-iterate: run manually first to verify formatting and channel delivery, then activate the schedule.
