• Filters records for those with non-empty Status fields to calculate total and resolved versus pending issue counts.
• Classifies the dataset's severity level (LOW to CRITICAL) and trend (IMPROVING, WORSENING, STABLE) based on the analysis of pending and resolved counts.
• Utilizes Google Gemini to craft a detailed end-of-day summary and email body based on the metrics.
• Automatically sends alerts via Slack when pending issues exceed a threshold of five.
• Distributes a comprehensive end-of-day summary email through Gmail and records all relevant data back into a Google Sheets log.
