This n8n workflow verifies your ElevenLabs voice agent webhook, logs each conversation into an n8n Data Table, and sends a Telegram alert with Called back, No answer, and Spam buttons—plus timed reminders and a daily waiting report.

What this workflow does

• Verify: ElevenLabs sends a post-call webhook. The workflow checks the ElevenLabs-Signature HMAC using the Crypto node against the raw body. Forged or old requests are rejected with 401.
• Log once per conversation: It saves caller details such as caller, phone, reason, topic, urgency, and a summary into a single n8n Data Table entry per conversation. If the save fails, you still receive a Telegram alert with the caller’s details.
• Act from Telegram: Every alert includes three signed links to a second webhook. Clicking updates the call status, attempt count, and time handled—edits the original message and shows a short confirmation page.
• Remind open callbacks: Every 15 minutes, the workflow checks long-waiting open callbacks and sends new Telegram alerts. Urgent calls are reminded sooner; “no answer” callbacks are retried later. Reminders run only during working hours and stop after a maximum number of reminders.
• Report daily: At 18:00, you receive a daily message listing the day’s calls, topics, callbacks, average wait, and the oldest open callers.
• Track failures: Failed outbound calls are logged and alerted as well.
