What this workflow does

• Receives webhook requests: A POST request (e.g., from an ElevenLabs voice agent) sends an intent plus patient details such as full_name and phone_number.
• Routes by intent: The workflow uses the intent value to switch between booking, rescheduling, and cancellation handling.
• Booking: An OpenAI agent checks existing appointments in Google Sheets, then appends or updates the appropriate appointment row and sends a confirmation email via Gmail.
• Rescheduling: An OpenAI agent looks up the matching appointment in Google Sheets and updates the date/time by appending or updating the corresponding row.
• Cancellation: An OpenAI agent searches Google Sheets for the appointment and deletes the relevant row(s).
• Responds back to the voice agent: The workflow returns results in the webhook response so the calling voice agent can relay the outcome to the patient.
