EmpirioLabs AI: Google Drive Meeting Transcription + Gmail Notes is an n8n workflow that watches a specified Google Drive folder for new audio/video files, transcribes them with EmpirioLabs AI, generates structured meeting notes, and sends both the full transcript and HTML email notes to your recipients via Gmail.

What this workflow does

• Monitors a Google Drive folder for new files (runs every few minutes when something new is created).
• Validates inputs: checks file type and size, and skips anything that isn’t an audio/video file or exceeds your configured maximum file size.
• Downloads the recording and sends it to EmpirioLabs AI to generate a transcript.
• Handles failures: if transcription fails or the transcript is too short, it sends a failure notice to recipients using Gmail.
• Creates structured meeting notes using an EmpirioLabs AI chat model, returned as a JSON object (including title, summary, decisions, action items, and open questions).
• Email delivery: formats the notes into an HTML email, attaches the transcript as a text attachment, and sends everything through Gmail.
