Engineering Health Score automatically checks delivery progress, code activity, CI/CD workflow status, security findings, and production monitoring—then calculates a 0–100 Engineering Health Score and sends WhatsApp alerts with an acknowledgement-and-recheck loop for critical states.

What this workflow does

• Runs every 30 minutes (or on-demand for testing) and loads configuration values such as ClickUp list IDs, GitHub repo details, API endpoints, WhatsApp sender/recipient, and health thresholds.
• Pulls signals from your systems:
  • Open tasks from ClickUp
  • Open pull requests and recent GitHub Actions workflow runs from GitHub
  • Security findings from your security scanner API
  • Production/operations metrics from an APM endpoint
• Calculates per-pillar scores—Delivery, Code, CI/CD, Security, and Production—then combines them into an overall 0–100 Engineering Health Score.
• Correlates cross-system risks (e.g., overdue work alongside failing CI, or critical security findings with elevated production errors) and includes these details in the run output.
• Routes by health status:
  • Critical → sends a critical WhatsApp alert and waits for acknowledgement
  • Critical recovery → enforces a recovery grace period, re-fetches monitoring signals, recalculates health, and escalates via WhatsApp if needed
  • Degraded → sends a degraded WhatsApp notice
  • Healthy → logs without notifying

• Detect security scanner findings that coincide with production errors and trigger acknowledgement-based escalation.
