Enrich missing company data in your Google Sheets—automatically—using Bounce Watch in n8n

This n8n workflow checks your Google Sheets every morning, finds rows with a Domain but missing Employees, and enriches each company by pulling firmographics from the Bounce Watch Data Enrichment API. Updated details like headcount, founding year, location, description, and LinkedIn are written straight back to the same sheet.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule every morning using a scheduled trigger.
• Reads company rows from a specified Google Sheets tab.
• Filters for enrichment targets: keeps only rows that have a Domain value and do not yet have an Employees value.
• Enriches via Bounce Watch: looks up each remaining domain in the Bounce Watch Data Enrichment API to fetch the company profile.
• Writes results back to Google Sheets by matching on Domain, updating fields when available:
  • Employees
  • Founded
  • Country
  • City
  • Description
  • LinkedIn

Setup requirements

Create a Bounce Watch credential in n8n with your API key, connect Google for Google Sheets access, and confirm your sheet contains a Domain column plus the output columns (Employees, Founded, Country, City, Description, LinkedIn) or adjust field mappings accordingly.
