If you maintain a lead list in Google Sheets, this workflow helps you turn an email address into a verified company website, crawl the site content, and then use Google Gemini to extract structured business information—writing the enriched fields back to your sheet.

What this workflow does

• Runs on demand (manual execution).
• Reads Google Sheets rows and processes only the entries where the Enrichment column matches your configured filter.
• Derives a website from each lead’s email (derives the company domain, builds a website URL).
• Crawls the website via an HTTP endpoint that returns cleaned HTML/markdown. If the crawl errors, the workflow marks the row in Google Sheets accordingly.
• Uses Google Gemini for structured extraction from the cleaned content to obtain fields such as:
  • company name
  • VAT number
  • address, city, state
  • phone
  • social links
• Classifies the business sector and generates an Italian description from the markdown.
• Merges results and updates the original row with the enriched fields (including sector, description, and website), then waits 60 seconds before continuing with the next batch.
• Processes in batches of 10 to keep execution controlled.
