What this workflow does

• Runs weekly (Monday mornings) or on-demand, loading keywords, your shop name, the target Google Sheets URL, and email settings.
• Crawls Etsy search results for each keyword using a Bright Data Etsy dataset crawl, then polls until the snapshot JSON is ready (or the poll limit is reached).
• Analyzes listing positioning by grouping results per keyword and calculating quartile price/review bands plus basic shelf stats and common title vocabulary.
• Flags gaps for your shop, including:
  • Price gaps (your listings outside the quartile bands)
  • Low-review gaps (your listings fall below review bands)
  • Listing-content gaps (title/content missing key vocabulary compared to top shelves)
• Logs gaps to Google Sheets—appending each opportunity to the matching tab: Price, Reviews, or Listing.
• Uses OpenAI to summarize what top-ranking listings have in common and generates an HTML email grouping fixes by gap type.
• If nothing is out of band (or you don’t appear on the shelf), it emails a “nothing out of band / not on the shelf” verdict; on failure, it emails the execution error via Gmail.
