Paste your Etsy Monthly statement and Order Items CSVs, add a simple cost sheet, and this workflow builds a monthly P&L, calculates margin per listing, flags potential losses (and missing COGS), and generates a plain-language summary—without using the Etsy API. Optional Gemini can rewrite the summary with your key.

What this workflow does

• Reads your CSV exports: imports your Etsy Monthly statement CSV, your Order Items CSV, and your own cost sheet.
• Creates a monthly P&L: totals sales, refunds, every fee line Etsy shows, calculates COGS, net profit, and margin.
• Breaks profit down by listing and flags listings as:
  • LOSS
  • LOW_MARGIN
  • MISSING_COGS
  • REFUNDED
• Generates a short summary in plain language:
  • Default: a rule-based summary that works with no API key.
  • Optional: add a Gemini API key to rewrite the summary using Gemini.
• Demo mode includes built-in sample CSVs so you can test installation before connecting real files.
