This Event Outreach Contacts Finder workflow takes your event details from an n8n Form, uses OpenAI plus Tavily Search to discover relevant promotion opportunities, and outputs a ready-to-use outreach list in Google Sheets with platform-specific message drafts.

What this workflow does

• Ingests event details (name, description, dates, location, and optional website URL) from an n8n Form submission.
• If you provide a valid event website URL, the workflow fetches the page, converts it to Markdown, and uses OpenAI to extract structured context (event summary, target audience, and location).
• Runs three OpenAI research agents with Tavily Search to find up to five relevant promotion platforms each for: (1) event theme, (2) target audience, and (3) event location.
• Merges and deduplicates outreach candidates by URL while preserving combined tags.
• Routes social platforms to a straightforward “post to the group/page” path.
• For non-social platforms, loops candidates one by one and uses an OpenAI contact-finder agent to scrape the target site (optionally crawling contact-like subpages) and, if needed, falls back to Tavily web search for submission method and contact details.
• Drafts a personalized outreach message per platform (email, form text, community post, or DM) using the event details, relevance notes, and submission instructions.
• Appends or updates each candidate in a Google Sheets tab, keyed by the workflow’s row identifier.
