This n8n workflow pulls public TikTok profile metrics using Apify FetchCat (fetch_cat/tiktok-profile-scraper) and writes a clean, updated table into Google Sheets, matching on TikTok handle so you don’t create duplicates.

What this workflow does

• Runs on demand or daily at 09:00 (manual trigger or scheduled execution).
• Loads a list of TikTok handles or profile URLs, applies a `maximum batch size`, and then validates and deduplicates the inputs.
• Builds the Apify actor input for the actor fetch_cat/tiktok-profile-scraper.
• Starts the Apify run and waits for it to finish.
• Downloads the resulting dataset items from Apify for the requested number of profiles.
• Normalizes the profile data into human-readable Google Sheets fields (including dates, numeric metrics, and clickable profile/bio links).
• Appends or updates rows in your spreadsheet by matching on “TikTok handle”, refreshing existing creators instead of duplicating them.
