This n8n workflow pulls business leads from Apify Google Maps, filters and deduplicates them, logs the results into Sheets, and—when an email address is available—uses OpenAI to generate first-email text and create a Gmail draft for you to review.

What this workflow does

• Uses your Google Maps search settings (search term, location, and result limit) from the workflow’s settings node.
• Fetches business details via Apify and normalizes the returned data before applying your rating and website filters.
• Removes repeated businesses within the current batch so your prospect sheet stays clean.
• Generates outreach copy with OpenAI: for each qualifying business, it writes first-email text from the business details.
• Saves everything in Google Sheets, including the generated email draft content.
• Creates a Gmail draft only when a usable email exists. If no email is available, the workflow follows a Sheets-only path to keep records useful for manual follow-up (instead of attempting a draft with an empty recipient).
