This n8n workflow automatically searches TikTok creators by keyword or hashtag with Apify’s TikTok Profile Scraper, filters for a follower range and (optionally) email availability, then upserts the resulting leads into Google Sheets—deduplicated by username.

What this workflow does

• Manual start: Run the workflow on demand to begin lead collection.
• Define your targeting: Set search keywords/hashtags, min/max follower range, maximum results, and whether to keep only creators with an email.
• Scrape TikTok profiles via Apify: Calls Apify’s TikTok Profile Scraper actor through the Apify API to fetch matching creator profile results (including enriched bio links).
• Extract lead fields: Pulls creator data such as username, display name, follower count, average likes per post, email, bio, social links, profile URL, and the keyword source.
• Upsert into Google Sheets: Appends or updates rows in your Google Sheet by matching on the username column to avoid duplicates.
