This n8n workflow generates a subtitle transcript via the RapidAPI Video Subtitle & Transcript API, applies your exact find-and-replace corrections to the transcript segments, then re-burns corrected captions back into the original video using your chosen caption style preset.

What this workflow does

• Manual run with video settings: When you start the workflow manually, you provide the video URL, language, a caption style preset, and a list of text corrections.
• Create transcription job: The workflow submits a transcription request to RapidAPI and waits briefly for processing.
• Poll until complete: It repeatedly checks job status until the transcription completes, or stops with an error if the job fails.
• Apply corrections by segment: It performs find-and-replace updates across transcript segments. Unchanged segments keep their existing word timing, while changed segments are updated based on your corrections.
• Re-burn corrected captions (only if needed): If any segments were modified, the workflow submits a re-burn job to RapidAPI to burn the corrected captions into the video using the selected preset.
• Download the final video: After the re-burn job completes, the workflow downloads the burned video file from the returned URL.
