This n8n workflow automatically builds a daily foreclosure watchlist by ZIP code using Foreclosure Finder (RapidAPI), saves source-deduplicated matches to Google Sheets, and (optionally) sends a digest via Gmail. The preview starts inactive with email disabled, so you can validate results before notifying anyone.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 8:00 AM (America/New_York) or via a manual trigger.
• Validates settings including ZIP, radius, price/bed filters, Google Sheets details, and an optional email recipient.
• Queries the Foreclosure Finder API (RapidAPI) to fetch up to 500 listings across Auction, HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Redfin.
• Verifies the API response to ensure the full set of sources is included and the result set is complete.
• Reads your Google Sheets watchlist history and identifies unnotified listings using a source + listing ID key for deduplication.
• Upserts matches into Google Sheets as pending rows, then generates a digest preview. The digest includes existing matches in the first run.
• Sends email only when enabled using Gmail. Rows are marked notified only if a Gmail message ID is returned—confirmation of send acceptance, not inbox delivery. Empty results send no email.
