Formdall Lead Triage with Mistral is an n8n automation workflow that receives Formdall contact-form submissions, uses Mistral Cloud to score each lead as hot, warm, or junk, then routes the results to the right place: Slack + Google Sheets for hot leads, Gmail drafts for warm leads, and a silent drop for junk.

What this workflow does

• Receives lead data via webhook: Handles a POST request from Formdall (optionally verifying the request signature).
• Scores and summarizes with Mistral Cloud: Sends lead details to a Mistral Cloud chat model to produce a structured result including a score (hot/warm/junk), category, summary, and an optional reply draft.
• Routes by AI score: Uses switching logic to direct the lead to the appropriate branch.
• Hot leads → Slack + Google Sheets: Posts the lead to a specified Slack channel and appends lead details to a Google Sheets spreadsheet (sheet named “Leads”).
• Warm leads → Gmail draft: Creates a Gmail draft reply to the submitter using the AI-generated text.
• Junk leads → dropped: No further action is taken for leads categorized as junk.
