This n8n workflow automatically checks your freee Invoices every morning, ranks unsettled invoices by how overdue they are, and generates a concise summary and recommended next action using Google Gemini. The result is then delivered to your team in Slack, recorded in Google Sheets, and emailed through Gmail.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 9:00 AM on a schedule.
• Calls the freee Invoices API to fetch all unsettled invoices for your configured freee company_id.
• Calculates days overdue for each invoice, sorts them by urgency, and prepares totals and counts.
• Uses Google Gemini (PaLM) to generate a short plain-text summary including a recommended next action based on the ranked list.
• Appends the summary to a specified Google Sheets tab as a historical log.
• Posts the same summary to Slack via an incoming webhook.
• Emails the summary to your configured accounting contact using Gmail.
