• Transcribe Subtitles: The URL is submitted to Gladia's pre-recorded transcription API for SRT and VTT subtitle generation.
• Monitor Progress: The workflow actively polls Gladia for the transcription status, ensuring timely completion or identifying errors or failures if maximum attempts are exceeded.
• Generate Subtitle Files: Once processed, the SRT and VTT subtitles are extracted and formatted into files. If Gladia returns no tracks, the workflow halts with an error message.
• Cloud Storage and Link Sharing: The finished subtitle files are uploaded to a specified Google Drive folder, and Google Drive links are provided on the form completion page for easy access.
