This n8n workflow automatically drafts Gmail reply messages using OpenAI, routes each draft to Tracira for human approval (or rewriting), and then sends the approved response back via Gmail. If a reviewer requests changes, the workflow revises the draft using the latest Tracira instructions—improving future Gmail AI reply quality over time.

What this workflow does

• Monitors incoming Gmail: runs every minute when a new Gmail message arrives, while ignoring messages labeled as SENT.
• Extracts email context: pulls key fields such as sender, subject, plain text/HTML body, thread ID, and message ID to keep prompting and tracking consistent.
• Generates an AI draft with OpenAI: fetches the current reply instructions from Tracira, then sends the email content + metadata to OpenAI to produce a draft reply.
• Submits draft to Tracira for review: logs the original email, metadata, and the instruction version so a reviewer can approve, rewrite, or send back comments.
• Sends the right version in Gmail: when Tracira review events occur, the workflow filters to the configured Tracira project/task and replies in Gmail with either the approved AI draft or the reviewer’s rewritten text.
• Rewrites on reviewer feedback: if the reviewer comments, it retrieves the latest Tracira instructions, has OpenAI revise the draft based on the comment, and submits the updated draft back to Tracira for re-checking.
