This n8n workflow watches your Gmail inbox for a specific sender, extracts attached Excel (.xls/.xlsx) ERP sales reports, uses Google Gemini to clean and analyze the data, then replies in the same Gmail thread with an Arabic HTML sales dashboard and a newly generated XLSX report attached.

What this workflow does

• Monitors Gmail every minute for new messages from the configured sender and downloads attachments.
• Filters attachments to Excel files only, passing the selected .xls/.xlsx file(s) onward.
• Extracts structured ERP sales data from the XLS attachment(s) and aggregates rows into a single dataset.
• Uses Google Gemini (PaLM) to fix and analyze sales data—including cleaning corrupted Arabic encoding, removing/renaming empty or unclear columns, computing achievement rates, and calculating net sales (invoices minus returns), plus generating BI insights.
• Parses strict JSON output from the agent to create an Arabic-ready HTML dashboard email body.
• Exports a cleaned Excel report: converts the cleaned dataset into a new XLSX file and replies to the original thread with both the dashboard and the attachment.
